On our site, payments are made only in Canadian dollars (CAD). It is possible to pay for your purchases with Paypal. All transactions made on this site are completely secure.

Dispatch

Les Siffleux uses a third-party supplier for shipping parcels. Shipping costs are displayed when purchasing products on the web page. You are responsible for federal and provincial taxes related to shipping and you agree to abide by all export laws of Canada that apply to products purchased or received under this agreement. The expected arrival date of your order should be considered a mere estimate, and Les Siffleux is not liable for damages attributable to delays in delivery, or to losses, or damages (internal or external), or costs attributable to shipping.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, it is possible to exchange it within 30 days of the date of purchase. All food products are not refundable or exchangeable, for hygienic reasons. Note that all sales of discounted items are final.
