Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns on opened sachets.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EUROPEAN UNION)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

PAYMENTS

All payments on our website are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). You may complete your purchase using PayPal. All transactions are fully secure.

SHIPPING

Les Siffleux uses a third-party provider for shipping orders. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout on the website. You are responsible for any applicable federal and provincial taxes related to shipping, and you agree to comply with all Canadian export laws applicable to the products purchased or received under this agreement.
