Purple Protein Smoothie

Today, I present to you my purple smoothie recipe, made with the BLUES beverage. Siffleux mix very well in all smoothies, just add a little powder here or there.
The color of the smoothie
Did you know that it is important to mix fruits of the same color together to have a good smoothie? Orange smoothie, for example, is excellent for the intestines. Red is very antioxidant, and purple too. The green smoothie is alkalizing. It is made from celery, cucumber, spinach, for example.
In the purple smoothie, by adding BLUES , it allows you to add, in one spoonful: cocoa, ginger and maca, which gives energy, all at the same time. I no longer need to open several jars, as everything is there, in the BLUES . Here is the preparation:
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup of maple sap
2 tbsp. 1 tbsp sweetened cranberry juice
1 C. tablespoon of almond butter
1 C. teaspoon of BLUES
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and that's it, it's ready!
Whist the drink!
Other use : Pour the mixture into molds to freeze. Then keep them in the freezer. Use the ice cubes to decorate your drinks, or to put them in the next smoothies.
