Today, I present to you my purple smoothie recipe, made with the "blues" beverage. You will see, "les Siffleux" mix very well in smoothies, just add a little powder here or there, and voila, it's not rocket science!

The color of your smoothie

Did you know that it is important to mix fruits of the same color together to have a good smoothie? The orange smoothie, for example, is great for the intestines. Red is very antioxidant, and purple too. The green smoothie is very alkalizing. It is made from celery, cucumber, spinach, for example. It helps in digestion.

In the purple smoothie that I present to you, it's the "blues" that works all the magic. It contains cocoa, ginger and maca, which gives energy. Your beverage will have an original taste, without having to open 12 million jars. This makes it easier to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup of maple water

2 tbsp. orange juice

1 C. almond butter

1 C. blues tea

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and that's it, it's ready!

Whistle the brew!


Another use: you can put the mixture in molds to freeze and stick pieces of wood in them. Then put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Afterwards you will have beautiful healthy treats to chew on.
