The tambourine

Ingredients :

½ kiwi
1 cup (250 ml) hot BACHATA
½ cup (125 ml) coconut milk
1 C. tbsp (15 ml) butterscotch

Decoration:

Kiwi slice

Preparation :

Peel the kiwi and cut it
sliced. (Put slices of
side for decoration.)
• Infuse the BACHATA and pour the
caramel in the BACHATA cup.
• In a blender, place the kiwi.
Add the coconut milk and BACHATA
still hot.
• Mix until the formation of a
mousse.
• Serve in a large glass, or in
two small glasses.
• Remove the decoration.

“ordinary” by adding ½ tsp. teaspoon of tempered butter.
