Ingredients :
½ cup (125 ml) cooled BACHATA
½ cup (125 ml) kombucha
raspberry, or hibiscus
Ice cubes
Decoration:
Fresh mint leaves
1 lemon wedge
Preparation :
• Infuse the BACHATA and leave
cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
• Once cooled, add the kombucha,
and ice cubes if necessary.
• Add the decoration, and whistle the
drink!
For an alcoholic note:
Add ½ cup (125 ml) brandy to the mixture.
Downside: it is possible to replace BACHATA with POP .
