Chai-Blues
for 1 person
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon of BLUES
4-5 labrador tea leaves (or a black tea bag)
a star anise
a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, while stirring with a whisk.
Remove the anise from the pan, and the tea.
Using a milk frother, froth the mixture.
(If you don't have a milk frother, skip this step!)
Whist the drink into a large cup.
