Bowl of Chai-Blues

With "the blues", you can imitate a tea-chai, without having either caffeine or theine.

Just put some love and milk in it!

Le Chaï-Blues

for 1 person

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup hot water

2 teaspoons of blues

a star of anise

a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan.

Let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Remove the anise from the pan.

With a milk frother, froth the mixture.

(If you don't have a milk frother, skip this step!)

Whistle the beverage.

Have fun!
